The cottage is nestled in the wooded dunes on the west side of the Kalamazoo River with a perfect location for everything!!! Located across the river from downtown Saugatuck. IT IS JUST STEPS TO THE CHAIN FERRY. Hike the dunes on a path directly behind the house a half mile to OVAL BEACH or walk/ bike/ drive the road a half mile to Oval Beach from the house. This beach was voted BEST BEACH IN THE MIDWEST by the Chicago Tribune Spring 2007!!! Enjoy all the amenities including large furnished screened porch with dining table on the second level, 2nd level balcony running the length of the house overlooking the dunes, or take a dip in the private hot tub.
