DESCRIPTION

Branhams Amber Condos consist of 7 new ocean-view condos. Each Unit sleeps 6 to 8 adults. All bedrooms have new queen beds and one bedroom in each unit has 1 extra bed. Kitchens are fully equipped including stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and coffee-maker. We provide sheets, towels and all necessities. (Please bring your own beach towels!) We have 24-Hour security and off-street parking.

We are located in Rocky Points Mirador district, just one block to Manny's Beach Club, Baja Cantina and MOAB Hamburgers. We are also within walking distance to the Sandbar Beach Club (formerly Jill's,) Pink Cadillac, Ice House, La Habana and many, many more of Rocky Point's hottest night spots & restaurants.

Rocky Point has many other popular beaches & recreation areas. Cholla Bay is about a 12 minute drive. Playa Bonita (AKA Sandy Beach) and Las Conchas are all about a 5 minute drive from the condos. The Malecón area, known for it's seafood restaurants, strolling musicians and curio shops is also about 5-10 minutes away.

The marina is 5 minutes away as well. Here you can find fishing and dive boats, sunset cruises are available nightly including the Fiesta Cruiser and the El Rey del Mar, a real pirate ship with a pirate crew that offers a really fun dinner cruise every night.
