3BR/2BA plus office with separate entrance. Classic 1950's burnt adobe
ranch house on a full acre of Sonoran desert with spectacular views of the
Catalina, Rincon, Santa Rita, Tucson, and Tortolita mountain ranges.

Completely refurbished in 2007. Open floor plan featuring kitchen/bar
area, huge formal dining room, wood-burning fireplace, cathedral ceilings
and Great Room. TV, Bose 3-2-1 stereo and iPod docking station.
Front-loading washer/dryer, all new appliances, gas range, huge farm style
sink, armoire-style refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave. Front flagstone
patio is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and watch the
desert creatures as the setting sun casts a pink hue on the magnificent
mountain backdrop. Walled back yard shaded by 50-year-old pine trees that
are home to many birds, including owls and red-tailed hawks. Corrugated
metal and saguaro cactus ribs shade the 80-foot-long patio where you can
watch the incredible desert sunsets. Gas barbeque included.

Community neighborhood pool membership available from May through
September. Pool is less than 2 tenths of a mile from the house. The
Northwest Tucson YMCA is only 5 minutes away and features an Olympic size
swimming pool, cardio and weight machines, aerobics, yoga, among other
activities. Short-term memberships are available.

Completely furnished, including linens and towels. Winter rates include
expanded basic cable TV, Wi-Fi internet access, and $200 credit toward gas,
water, and electricity.

Minutes from upscale shopping (Casas Adobes Plaza, La Encantada, Tucson
Mall, and outlet-style stores at the Foothills Mall) as well as Costco and
