Sedona Vacation rental - 7 days @ Resort (Sedona, Az) $800 Spend a week in one of the most beautiful and diverse locations on earth. Located just outside the breathtaking, scenic city of Sedona, the "Red Rock" area offers a tranquil and peaceful backdrop to a host of resort and local area amenities ~ Sedona is one of the most requested vacation destinations in the RCI system. In this world there are surprisingly few truly special vacation destinations... The resort is located on the western edge of Sedona on 19 beautiful acres and includes a fine restaurant, laundry facilities for guests, Sedona's largest heated pool, 2 Jaccuzi's, a gym, an 18 hole miniature golf course, tennis, basketball courts, pingpong AND brooks with their relaxing sound babbling by right near your unit... Here you'll experience a four-season playground where recreational activities abound. You'll also find world class shopping and dining and a natural environment that is one of the most unique on earth! Offered for rent at $800.00, this is better than & comparable to some of the Resorts in the area and at $1,000-1400.00 minimum, $2800. maximum payment, to rent hotel rooms, not completely seperate units such as these...If I'm not using the week this year, and you can for a fraction of the cost, then how wonderful this would be for both of us! Log on to: www.Sedonapines.org and you can view parts of the property, (I used much of the description of the Resort from that website, as they 'put it better than I can'), as well as the units, floorplans, etc. They adopted modern inventory techniques, and have been able to bring us luxurious vacation units, (also, pet unit onsite!). Inside you will find the finest finishes and appliances available... Corian countertops, lush carpeting, Sedona styled furniture, two-person whirlpool baths, vaulted ceilings, FULL kitchens (from wineglasses, baking pans, convection oven/microwave & stove, Full-size 'fridge'/icemaker, coffee maker, blender & on & on - they have some things for the kitchen I don't have! - iron & board, coat closet, DVD player/TV & stereo/CD player in living & DVD/TV/Radio in bedrooms... You can treat yourself and use outdoor grills by each unit (should you choose to lay in supplies and save some money cooking one or more of your owm meals)... One bedroom unit sleeps four adults comfortably with seperate bedroom area, and sleeper sofa. Extensive landscaping walking paths, streams and ponds bring a lush natural feel to the resort and provide the perfect setting for your vacation in "Red Rock Country." You will also be able to see a list of shopping/dining locations, among other things inside the Sedona Pines book sitting on the coffee table, and locate where you can get discounts of 10% or more off of your purchases/activites planned. That's great, because we have a 9.5% tax here - so, why add that nasty tax to your vacation money being spent?? Within a short drive are some of the most spectacular red rock views you'll ever see. If you're a bit more adventurous, there are trails to suit those who would prefer a short walk along beautiful Oak Creek to all day climbs that take you 2300 feet up and 5.6 miles one way! No matter what your preference, you're sure to find unmatched views of Sedona and Northern Arizona's most majestic scenery memorable!
