This unit is in a beautiful gated complex and is a bottom floor condo. The "Big Island" is a great place to "get out of town" for a few days as the island has numerous attractions, activities, and gorgeous beaches. There are airlines offering direct flights into Kona International Airport. Even my property management company (located in Kona) agrees that I am offering a great value.
