Lake Huron Lakefront Ranch LABOR DAY WEEKEND JUST BECAME AVAILABLE (Lexington, MI 48450) $180 3bd Lexington, "The First Resort North," is a charming little Harbor Village on the shore of Lake Huron. It is less than a tank of gas away from most of Michigan's major cities, bordering states and Ontario, Canada. (Only 28 miles/45 km from Sarnia and 89 miles/143 km from Windsor) Only 6 miles/9.7 km to a 36 hole golf course. Shoot 18 holes of golf on the course of your choice for $100.00 for four including cart. One day of 18 holes of golf for four included with a three day or longer reservation. Non Golfers are always welcome. Other minutes away attractions include a marina, quaint shops, Church of your choice, restaurants and antiquaries, yet the home is situated in a completely rural and secluded environment. Major Shopping Centers and Malls within miles north of Port Huron. Experience a view of Lake Huron from nearly every room of this 1100 sq. ft. 3 br. lakefront ranch situated on 1 acre of park like grounds. Enjoy over 100 ft. of private sandy beach, not public or beach access. There is a fire pit at the beach with plenty of wood available. Ample space for family games such as horseshoes or badminton. Picnic table and benches, charcoal or gas barbeque, cushioned lawn chairs and chaise are provided. Your 4 legged family member is welcome and there is a 12' x 20' x 4'h shaded penned area. The home is very comfortable, has every convenience and accommodates 7 to 8 comfortably. The grounds are very private and quiet. Two of the bedrooms are on the corner having two screened windows providing plenty of fresh air and a pleasant breeze. Two of the bedrooms overlook the lake. Electric heat is provided should the evenings be chilly. Bed linens and towels are included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, complete service for 8 and stainless cookware. The dining room overlooks the lake. The living room, which also overlooks the lake is completely furnished and has a tv, dvd player and cable. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and a non refundable deposit of $180.00, which is applied to the rent, is required to confirm a reservation. A $250.00 security deposit is required and the rental is $1,000.00/week or $180.00/day with a 3 day minimum preferred (when available), paid in full 3 business days in advance to checking in or by prior arrangement. Full week rentals have priority. Check in date and time are still flexible but eventually a consistent policy will be established. There are still openings in September and October available. A 2 bedroom cottage, which is being remodeled, should be available in October, at a lower price. The same conveniences and amenities as described above apply.
