During the winter/spring seasons enjoy FREE SKIING/SNOWBOARDING at our local mountain, Eldora Ski Resort. It's a value of nearly $500 per day in free passes. There's a phone with unlimited long distance within the United States and Satellite TV and DVD Player for your enjoyment. Our property is very unique because it has the huge views but you can also hear South Boulder River running in the valley below which is really relaxing. There's great hiking and mountain biking trails right from the house so you don't have to drive anywhere and an oversized 2 car garage for your convenience. There's loads of year round activities nearby and we allow dogs and they love it there as well. We know you'll enjoy our home while your away from yours.
