Chicagos Best Value with Amazing Roof Deck Skyline View, Hot Tub, Par (Chicago Vacation Rental) $170 3bd I am currently running a last minute special of $150 per night for the available dates in August which include this weekend through the 26th. Youll love the low price, but you will love how great this apartment is. This is a 3 bedroom apartment that was completely renovated with some amazing 5 star amenities and it is priced for value. We keep the price low and the rental stays booked and everyone is happy. Please check out the link for my availability calendar below for available dates. The rates run from $150 per night to $225 per night depending on the length or your stay, the season, and any holidays or special events. If you are coming from November on, you can also take advantage of my lower fall and winter rates. Rates from January to March are the lowest of the season and can go as low as $100 per night. This place is definitely a great bargain and well worth the money. I can say it is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed at. It is very big with all the extras you can imagine: big comfy beds, spa shower (like a massage), Internet, laundry, and more. It is a home, not just an empty rental. It is also VERY well stocked with necessities. It is in a safe neighborhood very close to public transportation. One of the biggest perks is the truly kind and helpful owner, who always answers his phone and helps you with anything you need. I'd stay for his helpfulness alone. We enjoyed our stay and especially liked the hot tub and computer accessibility. The renter handled all transactions fairly and in a timely manner. I would highly suggest staying here over a hotel. I especially appreciated the computer/internet access and the incredible shower in the bathroom (it sprays water from several different directions!) Hence we were completely confident that the flat would be nice and comfortable and even discovered that it was better than we thought: great multi-function shower, hot tub, great roomy kitchen and a computer with internet access. There are 1.5 baths. Bathroom #1 has a 5 foot by 3 ½ foot walk in steam bath shower with Grohe body sprays, Kohler bathroom fixtures, and marble floors. The second ½ bath is basic, but it works for when bath #1 is in use. There is high speed wireless internet and a desktop PC for your use. Each bedroom has a queen bed. We have a Weber Stainless Gas Grill in the backyard for outdoor cooking. The kitchens and bathrooms are stocked with many of the basics that you will need such as coffee, tea, paper products etc. I rent myself when I travel and I hate having to run out to get necessities that should be in the rental. My vacation rental is located just south of downtown Chicago. We are very close to McCormick Place, I.I.T., and very clost to U.S. Cellular Field, the home of the Chicago White Sox. Our Mayor Daley grew up 2 blocks away from me and a lot of his family still live here. This is definitely one of the safest parts of the city. Transportation to downtown, the museums, and the near north area of the city is simple. It is a 15 minute drive even in rush hour and there are trains, buses, and cabs readily available. There is a bus line 1 minute away and the train is a short walk away. Take a look at the photo below that was taken from my roof deck and you can see just how close we are. Another bonus of staying in our neighborhood is that you won't hear sirens and street noise all night long here. The fabulous restaurants of our Little Italy, Chinatown, and Greektown are very close and there are a lot of really great inexpensive places for meals in the immediate area. We have a corner store one minute away that has great homemade Italian and American sandwiches at very reasonable prices. Unlike most neighborhoods in Chicago, there is also plenty of street parking that is almost always within a few feet of my door. Parking can be tight at time when the Chicago White Sox are playing as we are close to the ball park, but even then, it's still easier to find a parking spot here than in most other areas of the city and we have a backup when there is no street parking during games. Each rental, whether the two night minimum or more requires a $75 cleaning fee and a $200 security deposit. The maximum number of people that we want in this unit is 6 people as the apartment has 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds. We also have an air bed could be easily set up in the living room if you needed one more place to sleep. We don't rent the unit for parties of any kind or to younger adults and we also require that someone in the group must be 25 or older.
