This cabin is about a year old...it sleeps 20 in beds in 5 bedrooms and a loft. There are 4 full bathrooms and a powder room. 2 kitchens makes it work for a large gathering or people on different schedules. Very nice finish work, notty pine ceiling, slab granite in all bathrooms and kitchens, stainless steel appliances - you get the idea! Almost 4000 sqft of fun with a recreation room that has a pool table and a foos ball table....a hot tub is coming soon. There is a huge patio for outdoor fun. Level driveway and roads are plowed year round for easy access. Sorry - no pets or smoking allowed. RATES : SPRING & FALL RATES: (September, October, November and March, April and May) $995 per 3-night weekend; $195 per additional night; $1,595 per 7-night week; WINTER & SUMMER RATES: (December, January, February and June, July and August) $1,395 per 3-night weekend; $295 per additional night; $1,995 per 7-night week; HOLIDAY RATES: (Weeks and/or weekends of: Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Labor day, Memorial Day, and other Federal/school holidays) Add $200 a night RATE DETAILS: Rates are for up to 8 guests with additional guests - $10 per night with a max of 22 people (house sleeps 20 in beds). $250 cleaning fee for first 10 people and $10 per additional person. $1000 refundable deposit.
