We currently have some fenced pasture and we have begun cutting trails for horses, hiking, mountain bikes and motorcycles. Superb Hunting and fishing in the nearby Holliday Lake State Park and in the 19,500 acres of the Appomattox/Buckingham State Forest. The Cheyenne is a 25 acre estate created to provide comfortable amenities in a serene and private setting. Sitting on the Appomattox River, this beautiful cedar home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen and a cozy great room with wood burning stove. You will have this 25 acre private paradise entirely to yourselves! Currently sleeps 6 comfortably: the lower level has a queen in one bedroom and a single in the other. The master suite upstairs has a breath taking view and sunrise, with a double bed and private bath. The great room downstairs has a beautiful view, a daybed to sleep one, a wood burning stove, and a private deck for you to take in the sunset with your morning coffee or mid-day picnic. WE OPEN UP HORSEPOWER HAVEN TO ALL OUR LODGE GUESTS FREE OF CHARGE. THE BUNKHOUSE SLEEPS 10 COMFORTABLY AND HAS A POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE, LOUNGE, AND PLENTY OF ROOM TO DANCE, EXCERCISE, AND ROLLERBLADE. THIS IS A MOTORCYCLISTS' DREAM.
