This condo is new in 2007 and completely decorated by a professional decorator in beach/cottage decor in July 2007. The condo sleeps 6 people (one king, 2 bunks, and a pullout couch.) There is one bedroom with a full private bathroom attached. There is a second full bathroom down the hallway. The kitchen has all white cabinets, with granite countertops, and has all the ameneties for a longer stay. The kitchen is open to the great room, which leads out to the balcony. There are also 2 flat screen TVs with DVD players (one in the great room and one in the bedroom.) The large balcony overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, the pool, and the Tiki Bar. There is a Starbucks in the complex for morning coffee on the balcony and a brand new modern SkyBar just opened! A new zero-entry kiddie pool with cool water falls just opened on 7/9/08 too!
