Rent my home for the winter. Available December through April, with a 3 month minimum. Perfect for a retired couple or other responsible people looking to escape the cold. Two bedrooms, 1 ½ bath, fully furnished house. Just bring your own food & clothes. 744 heated square feet, plus 200 square foot Florida Room (enclosed porch). No smoking. Contains washer / dryer, refrigerator, stove microwave, coffee maker. TV with basic cable, VCR player, stereo. Water, electricity, and local phone service included also. One bedroom contains a queen-size bed, the other bedroom a single bed. Full bath with tub/shower across from bedrooms, and a ½ bath off the Florida room. Available December through April for $1000/month, with a 3 month minimum. $1000 damage deposit required two weeks in advance, refunded afterwards. Again, no smoking, and no pets.
