Myrtle Beach Timeshare (Myrtle Beach, SC) 2bd Shorecrest I Vacation Villas timeshare is for fixed week 52 (between Christmas and New Years). You can use the timeshare, rent it or trade it. The only fee is the annual maintenance fee and we will pay it for 2008 and attorney fees to transfer title. We have traded it for locations in Colorado, California, Norway and Hawaii and all other locations have been beautiful. Value is 12,000.00 but are willing to sell it for $8,500.00 because we have not used it in 2 years. The villa is 2 bedroom, 2 bath with fold out sofa and sleeps 6 comfortably.
