Fort Awesome is a former high school in Ashe County, NC, 45 minutes from Boone, currently managed by two artistic families from the Charlotte area. We are looking for artists to rent space to paint, draw, sculpt, and be part of an emerging creative community. Space rental starts @ $50 a night but is negotiable and reasonable, and for a couple of days, a week, a month, or more. Pets OK w/a deposit.
