RENTAL RATES

$2250 is rental rate for 12/15/07-4/30/08. $1200 is rental rate for 4/30/-07-12/15/07 and 4/30/08-12/15/08. 50% of rental rate is due along with signed contract to reserve property. We also collect 10% tax ( to state and county) along with a fully refundable $500 security deposit. The remainder of rental rate, taxes, and security deposit is due in personal check or via Pay Pal 45 days prior to arrival. Rentals of less than one week require cleaning fee of $125.00. Fully-refundable security deposit is required on all rentals.
