Lovely furnished 2 story, 2 bedroom, 1064 sq. ft. townhouse. Beautiful views of nearby Boulder Flatirons & mountains. Conveniently located near a bus route & hiking trails, and shopping center.
We use this townhouse for our parents during part of the year, and rent it out at other times. It is not a fancy, executive suite, but it is a sunny, clean, & pretty loft 2-story apartment in a quiet, secluded spot.

  • 1 bedrooms + 1 loft-bedroom/study that opens to living room.
  • Washer/dryer
  • Full kitchen, microwave, coffee maker
  • Wood-burning stove & vaulted ceiling in living room

  • Quiet, private, peaceful retreat with access to trails & great mountain views.
  • Walking distance to bus to downtown. The "Skip" runs every 10-15 minutes and is a 15 minute trip.
  • Shopping center nearby (5 min. drive or bus ride, 2 miles): large grocery store, coffee shop, liquor store, video store, bar, several restaurants, outdoor/camping store.
  • Kids okay. Dogs possible. No cats allowed (family allergies).
  • Quiet after 11 p.m. required.
  • No smokers, sorry.

    Holiday Pricing applies to Nov. 21-30, Dec. 19-Jan. 5.
  • $145 per night, minimum 3 night stay.

  • Regular Pricing:
  • $125 per night weeknights, 3 night minimum stay.
  • $145 per night for weekend-only stays, 2 night minimum stay.
  • $700 a week.

    Additional Information
    $50 cleaning fee & $450 deposit required.
    We accept PAYPAL for payment.
    Available between Nov. 17 through early January.
