Gorgeous, furnished condo. Not an apartment! (n/w) $1200 2bd Hello!! I am renting my two bedroom, two bathroom condo, located at Shannon/Magee. This property will be available starting on Jan. 1st, 2009. The condo is being listed for sale also, but will probably take several months to sell because of the market slowdown. We are looking for a tenant to occupy the residence from January until the residence sells. This could be a few months or maybe up to six or seven months. The condo is fully furnished, with designer paint and furniture. Everything is included except for sheets, plates, and electronics (pretty much). This unit typically rents for $1500/month. I am renting it for $1200/month. It has amazing views of the city and mountains. Here are more details: 2nd floor condo 1400+ sq ft. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom This is a condo, with a one car garage underneath it. This is not an apartment conversion or one of those complexes advertised as a condo. Fireplace Laundry in condo (Washer/Dryer) Master bath garden tub, dual vanity sink 3 decks, two east facing and one (very large) west facing Skylights, tons of natural light Close to golf, mall, restaurants, drug stores, etc. Across the street from Tucson National...views overlooking golf course New laminate floors Ceiling fans, A/C, heat etc... Separate nook with wraparound desk This unit is gorgeous and move-in ready. I am advertising it so cheaply because the tenant needs to agree to allow the property to be shown on short notice. Also, the tenant would agree to keep the property in "show" condition. By this I mean free from clutter, and in relatively good order. I will pay for a monthly maid service, but the tenant has to keep things clean between professional maid visits. I doubt that it will need to be shown more than once or twice per week, if that. My realtor will contact the tenant the day before or day of the showing, and arrange a time for the tenant to be out of the property for the showing. All showings will be during business hours and as much notice as possible will be provided. The Foothills mall and a ton of things are around, so there is plenty to do for 30-60 minutes when the property is being shown. If this works for you, please give me a call.
