Lake Sequoyah is connected by a navigable channel to Lake Thunderbird, the largest lake in Cherokee Village. Two championship 18 hole golf courses, Cherokee Village Town Center, Thunderbird Marina, and other amenities are all located just a few minutes away. The town's public beach on Lake Sequoyah is located within walking distance to the home.
