It has a private, heated pool, 2 covered porches and 2 sundecks, plus the pool deck. There is a Master Suite, with its own private bath. 3 of the bedrooms have a direct Gulf view, the fourth bedroom has an indirect view of Mobile Bay.

This house was just completed in July, 2007, and was freshly outfitted with all new furniture, houseware, linen, etc. It has high ceilings, real mahogany floors, and a well-equipped kitchen.
