Most this is part of the Brand New Hotel Section that my condo is in, they also have cheaper priced cottages but they are not on the water, by marina, Yacht club, the night life, restaurants, next to tin city, 5th ave, princess dinner cruise sunset yacht, no full room service, plus they are a couple years old.
